European Oak is the species we're asked for most, and for good reason. It's strong and stiff enough for structural work, stable enough for fine joinery, and beautiful enough to leave on show. Its high tannin content makes the heartwood naturally durable, so it earns its place outdoors as well as in.
We stock it kiln-dried and air-dried, square-edged and waney, from thin boards for cabinetry to heavy sections for frames and beams, all available PAR, sawn, or machined to your cutting list.
